As a Member of the Sumter County School Board, Sally has the privilege of working for all Students in Sumter County.
Certified Board Member Designation
Mrs. Moss earned the Certified Board Member Designation after completing the required 96 hours of continuing education in Finance, Governance & Advocacy. She renews her CBM designation annually with 15 hours of additional education. Less than 35% of School Board Members in Florida have earned this Title.

FL PALM Investment Trust Board of Trustees, sponsored by the Florida School Board Association & the Florida Association of Districts School Superintendents.
Mid-Florida Homeless Coalition Board of Directors, focusing her efforts on supporting Sumter homeless students and their families.
Serves as the School Board Representative on three Sumter County Boards:
The Value Adjustment Board
The Lake-Sumter MPO Transportation Board
The Lake-Sumter Disadvantaged Transportation Committee.
Sumter Schools Scholarship Fundraiser Golf Tournament
The Annual Sumter Schools Scholarship Fundraiser Golf Tournament is held at Evans Prairie Golf Club in April of each year. We raise money for Scholarships for Graduates from Wildwood & South Sumter High School attending Lake-Sumter State College.
